Pizza Shoppe in Overland Park

I love their pizza! Currently they have curbside delivery. My favorite is the Roundtable. It has toppings for everyone. WAY better than any of the national chains.

It doesn’t matter which location- Pizza Shoppe is always awesome. I can always count on the pizza to be consistent. Cracker crust, just what I want for toppings, flavorful sauce that’s not sweet and not too spicy all make for the best pizza in Overland Park.

This is a great pizza place. A bit more expensive than other places, but the superb crust and quality toppings are worth the price. Other menu items (salads, sandwiches, appetizers) are worth a try, too. Pizza is good for carryout but the best taste is straight from the oven. We had not eaten there in ages and decided that we wanted to have some of their pizza and the best salad around with their special "Pink Dressing" . Why it had been so long since out last visit is beyond me. We got the Prince size Garden Pizza with two salads. It really hit the spot after working in the yard on a very hot day. We opted for carry out and everything was ready on time and packaged very nicely.

It was busy I get that. But my order was wrong. My pizza was made wrong, when I pointed that out I felt like the guy was annoyed when asking if I was okay with it being wrong. I had my 5 month old with me so I wasn’t able or wanting to wait for a new one. Over all just annoyed that I seldom do we order out and when we did it was wrong .

I ordered a gluten free pizza and it was def overcooked. The crust was def hard to even bite into also got a salad with it and for $22.00 was the most ridiculous meal Ive had in a longtime. Excessively over priced for a personal size and not very good! Will be the LAST time I will go there!!!!

I prefer this venue a lot. It has a friendly atmosphere. The cuisine is very tasty. the service is dynamic and the waiters are friendly. The pay is modest. I definitely recommend.

Pizza was delicious and servers were kind.....I would warn against trying to dine in with large kids birthday parties going on as it was super loud and service was not the greatest. My father had to turn down his hearing aid, lol...and I was getting our napkins, silverware, drinks..etc. Kinda crazy!

Tuesday family special. One awesome pizza, breadsticks, and salads for $20. Get the pink stuff!

I love Pizza Shoppe! The Pink Stuff dressing is so good. The pizza is great! I took team members from out of town and they loved it!! If you haven't been here yet - Go!

I've been eating here for 30 yrs absolutely love it!

I've moved out of State but Pizza Shoppe has always been a favorite. Reasonable prices and bountiful toppings. Coupons are always on line and prices are competitive. Pizza is a thin style. Crisp and delicate not hiding the flavor of the toppings. The restaurant is sort of eclectic comfortable feeling type place with very helpful and courteous employees. Although a small chain it's feels like a simple mom and pop place that won't rush you in and out to get to the next sale. Enjoy.

We were going to have a large party for our soccer team. They were able to help us out. However we only had 16 people show up and we told them around 30. They were great, pizza was great. Highly recommend this place!

Great salads and pizza

I ordered a king size original round table pizza for carryout. The girl on the phone said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I showed up about 25 minutes later expecting my pizza to be ready and waiting for me and it turns out that they hadn’t even started making the pizza yet. I waited almost 20 more minutes in the restaurant for them to make the pizza. By this point I was pretty annoyed and I complained to the staff and told them that they need to be more accurate about when carryout orders will be ready, but they didn’t seem to care so I’m afraid that it fell on deaf ears. The pizza was very good though so I’ll give them another chance in the future. I really hope that I don’t have this issue with them in the future because it was very frustrating.

Love this place so so much. Their thin crust pizza and side salads with their Pink Stuff dressing is amazing. The dressing is especially good when dipping your pizza in it. Service has always been good even when it's the middle of lunch and are really busy. Props to the manager/s for hiring decent staff, front and back.

Nice waitress. The food was fresh and delicious as always! I recommend everyone go there and leave the Hut behind!

Great service - we brought a group of 16, and half of the place was full already. They had one server, and she handled our group and all of the other tables quickly, with a smile on! Great service, excellent cracker thin crust pizza.

Consistently good pizza. It's the cracker thin crust. It's nice that they have the smaller sizes. Wish they would offer a salad with lettuce other than iceberg, though. A nice family place.

Pizza shoppe saved our gathering! A small dinner for my sons birthday turned in to a rather large one (from about 15 to 40) after a few other family members joined last minute. We tried to go to Old Shawnee Pizza, but they didn't have room for a party that size without advanced notice. Pizza Shoppe accommodated our whole group with about a 15 minute notice. We were able to do a buffet style dinner that included salad, pizza, and drinks for a reasonable price. The staff was very attentive and couldn't have been nicer. We will definitely return!

Always great food and service!

One of our favorites. We like the cracker crust. Always lots of toppings. Of course there is the 'pink stuff' salad dressing I can't resist. Friendly, efficient servers.

One of the best priced pizza place. Was back for another pickup order on Valentine's day, bad choice as I can see now, long wait for food, food bad enough not to go back for a long time. Will spend my $25.00 some where else. Would reduce to 2 stars.

Great pizza, nice staff, family friendly

My favorite place to go since the day they opened. Always have their lunch special, a individual pan pizza and side salad with their Special pink salad dressing. Now I take my mother there every time she has a Dr app. She has dementia so it's a new experience for her every time!!

Very good, I live out of the area and this was the first time I’ve been back in a little while, but I think the Italian sausage changed for the worse since the last time I was there, definitely bring back the old one.

Consistently great pizza that are my wife's favorite in the city. The salad with the pink stuff (dressing) pairs wonderfully with the cracker crust. We get the Italian sausage with pepperoni and Canadian bacon, and each get a small salad (to feel like we are somewhat healthy). Also, I appreciate that they have "Kansas City Style Pizza". It's definitely different than NY and Chicago style.

Really going downhill lately. Of the last 6 or so pizzas, 3 or 4 have been burnt and a couple undercooked. Such a shame. If they'd fix the cooking issues, it would be great pizza.

Hi there, I went to the Pizza Shoppe with my mom for a late lunch (approximately 3:00 p.m. and we each got a 12" King Size pizza. I chose my three ingredients and my mom chose her own three ingredients. This was not a problem for our waiter/waitress to handle it. Overall, I was pretty happy with how they treated us!!! (I think that they could have made a massage studio in the building, but that means they'd have to hire several massage therapist to handle the extra business... :) )

Always love their pizza. I have always had good service inside, but usually do a carry out order. Haven't had any issues or problems. Probably one of my favorite pizza places around the area. I'd recommend it.

The Pizza Shoppe has been around forever and their pizzas and salad with the pink stuff are always good. Good tasting fresh pizzas ahhhhhh!

I was pleasantly surprised with some really awesome pizza. Loved the sauce, the crust. Truly great pie.

Decent Pizza spot--as the NY-style slice wars rage on, it has become seriously competitive. Gracie's Pizza survives by selling quality slices! It's not my favorite spot, but the line between my favorite and merely excellent is shrinking. In this area, it's about as good as it gets.

Good tasting pizza but tell them to go easy on the pizza sauce or all your toppings will slide off in the 1st bite. They have a tendency to go a bit heavy handed

My husband grew up eating this pizza and he says it hasn't changed one bit. I absolutely love it, the cheese is amazing, crust is delicious, sauce ratio is perfect. This is definitely one of my favorite pizza places to eat. This time I ordered a King Butcher's Block, Queen Pepperoni and Garlic Bread w Cheese. 😍👍

Good pizza. Service was good. I really like the crust. If you like crisp and not greasy, Pizza Shoppe meets the mark. Tomato sauce has a slight after taste, but the crust made up for it. And they have their own great thousand island dressing

This is a great pizza place to go with your family. Been going here for years they have some of the best pizza.

disapointed ,,, i do like this pizza. however, the customer service is very disapointing. i have been boycotting the place for around a year, or more, due to the fact that they can't seem to get the kitchen to 'square cut' my order as requested. i prefer my pizza square cut but they constantly round cut my order, sometime they'll square cut on top of the round cut. very disapointing. so today i decided to give them another shot. i requested my pizza 'uncut'. i confirmed my desire twice with the girl taking my order -uncut. upon my arrival, at my pick-up time, and found out the kitchen had cut my order and that they were making a replacment. disapointed. i waited , then returned home with my order only to find the kitchen rushed the cooking time. the bottome of my pizza seemed as white as a piece of paper. Disaponting............i'll try them again [ sometime ] and maybe they'll get my order right then. enjoy.
